Rare White Wine - Dão 2011

Osvaldo Amado has been making wines for over 30 years and recently decided to restructure his life and find the conditions to create his own wines, in a style never before commercialized. The studio's wines are classic or modern, with complexity, innovation and longevity characteristic of Dão wines, but always differentiated by originality and rarity.

Raríssimo White Wine is a wine from the Dão region with a citrine color, a predominant aroma with notes of complexity; dried fruits, toasted cereals, bakery notes and notes of fennel. Its flavor is complex, fresh, unctuous and long-lasting.
