QM Alvarinho Patriam 2021

Gentle pressing of whole grapes and decanting for 12 to 36 hours at a controlled temperature between 12ºC – 16ºC. Fermentation for up to 15 days with temperature control between 16ºC – 18ºC. Fermentation in 2nd and 3rd year barrels on total lees. Aging in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and regular movement of fine lees and 2nd and 3rd year barrels.

An Alvarinho blend from four harvests. Ready to drink, impressive in its freshness, fruity presence, tension and length in the mouth. It is above all rich, full of nuances and layers, with a mineral freshness that reaches the root of the stomach and leaves a trail of flavor and satisfaction.
